In this course, you will learn how to make 3 types of flowers

Marshmallow Tulips in a Box

We will make marshmallow flowers from fruit juice, then arrange them in a pre-prepared box. The result: an incredibly elegant dessert with a delicate fruity flavour.

Marshmallow Tulip Bouquet

We will make marshmallow flowers from fruit purée, then arrange them into a beautiful bouquet. The result: a strikingly realistic dessert with delicate fruity notes.

Moulded Marshmallow Flowers

We will prepare a marshmallow mixture from fruit juice and pour it into silicone moulds. Once unmoulded, you will have beautifully detailed, ready-to-use flowers.

You will succeed with a unique marshmallow base recipe. It takes only 15 minutes to prepare.

Then, simply shape the flowers using a piping bag or pour the mixture into molds.

Both methods are explained in the course. You can choose which one to start with.
